They named the condom S.T.EYE. It has won several awards for being an innovative device for STD detection. The 3 teens who came up with this idea are namdely Ali 14 years old, Nawaz 13 years old and Chirag 14 years old. All of them are students at the Isaac Newton Academy in Essex in England. Because they have won the 1st price they will go to Buckingham Palace to meet Prince Andrew personally this year. They got the prize money of around $1,500.
The invention of 3 genius teens
The teens who wanted to come up with something to be of help to the people in terms of monitoring their health at their own pace and in a private manner can easily use the condoms. Teens who also described this new condom say that this is something that they think will provide them with the peace of mind and so do with the other users. This new condom idea will enable them to be more responsible than ever before in terms of precautionary measures over common STDs, this is in accordance with the teens who have invented the condom. The judges were overwhelmed and they were so amazed on how the boys have learned about common STDs at a young age and while in the process of making a research for the said product.
TeenTech’s executive officer Philbin believed that this is the reason why the judges were able to place their idea in the first place, she added in an interview by Fox News. Though, it is just the idea available at the moment, the technology to be able to make this happen is just available. A change is about to come using the condom and its ever changing color that some kinds of STD may be determined and that may also be a little bit embarrassing to the persons involved, but it is just so typical for both of them to have the need to find out if they are sexual partners and if they are safe. The change of color of the condom may just ruin the romantic night, however that will diminish your worries if the STDs were detected.
